Returns & Cancellation

Please be aware that our products are meticulously handwoven, often unique pieces, and require delicate handling due to their pure fabrics and intricate weaves. Consequently, we can only accommodate cancellations, returns, or exchanges under exceptional circumstances.


You have the option to cancel your order before it has been shipped, provided no tassels and/or fall pico have been added at your request. If you choose to cancel, you will receive a credit equivalent to the order value for future purchases on the website. If you prefer a refund, any bank/payment gateway processing charges will be your responsibility and will be deducted from the total refund.
Please note that only unstitched garments, such as saris, stoles, and dupattas, are eligible for cancellations. Orders for fabrics and pre-stitched apparel/garments cannot be canceled.



  1. Returns will be accepted solely in the event of a manufacturing defect or if an incorrect item has been dispatched. Please keep in mind that while we strive to represent product colors as accurately as possible, minor variations may occur between the website image and the actual product due to factors like lighting, photography angle, and fabric characteristics. Such variations do not warrant a return. Apparel/garments and fabrics are not eligible for return.
  2. To request a return, please email us at within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. Requests submitted after this 48-hour window will not be considered for returns.
  3. If you receive a parcel with tampered, damaged, or unsealed packaging, we strongly advise against accepting it or opening it. Please contact us immediately at and call us at +91 8054955493.
  4. In the unlikely event that your merchandise arrives damaged, you should email us a photo of the damaged packaging along with your return request, as outlined in step 3.
  5. Upon receiving your request, we will review it and send you an authorization for return/exchange within 5 working days.
  6. Once authorized, you must courier the product back in its original packaging to Rasm By Muskaan at the address provided below within 5 days.
  7. The returned/exchanged product must be in its original unused condition and accompanied by the original bill and intact tags.
  8. We strive to process all returns within 7 working days.You can opt for a full refund in the form of store credits or a refund to your original credit or debit card used for payment. Please note that return shipping charges and a stocking fee may apply in the case of a refund to your card. While we will initiate the refund process within 7 working days, the time taken by the bank authorities is beyond our control.

Exchanges are possible only if no tassels and/or fall pico have been added at your request or confirmation.
You are responsible for any customs duties and charges for both the returned shipment and the items we send in exchange. Please note that incoming shipments into India from overseas can incur high customs duty charges, which will be the customer’s responsibility in the case of an exchange.
Shipping charges to and from overseas locations will apply.
All our apparel is made to order and cannot be exchanged. Fabrics are cut from full yardage and are not exchangeable.
Any product that has been opened, unfolded, or tried on cannot be exchanged.
